Engineering Changes (ECs) are used to identify, describe and track tags required for product that either needs customization during manufacturing or does not yet exist in ICE. ECs are created and defined in a library first, then assigned to item(s) in the ICE file. An Engineering Change Library can be exported from one ICE file and imported into another for consistent tagging in multi-file projects within project teams.
