Importing an AutoCAD Base Plan

Scroll Prev Top Next More

You can use AutoCAD base plans as the starting point for your designs in ICE. AutoCAD base plans are DXF or DWG files that map out the overall layout of the space that you are creating your ICE design for. When you import DXF or DWG files into ICE, the lines in these files appear in ICE 2D plan view. You can use these lines as a basis for your drawing in ICE.
