You will need to select the layers you want to export in the IFC model. Use the steps below as a guide, however you may need to adjust the exact layers based on your specific project.

1.Click Layers from ICE 2D or ICE 3D.

Select the layers to remain visible in ICE 3D based on the list below. All other layers can be turned down. Use the slide bar to turn the 3D visibility all the way down (left) for layers not desired for export.
 
Note: Each layer may not appear in Layers, depending on the file.

2.Click File.

3.Click Save As… to save the file as a new ICE file.
