If you need to insert multiple schedules, you can use AutoCAD functionality to move these schedule guidelines, making room for multiple schedules. When you move a schedule guideline, AutoCAD moves all of the schedules guidelines under it relative to the new location.

 

To Move a Schedule Guideline

1.Click the schedule guideline that you want to move.

 

Arrows appear on the bottom of all the schedule guidelines.

 

 

2.To move a guideline, click the arrow, and drag the guideline up or down.

 

The arrow on the bottom of the guideline turns red. AutoCAD previews the new location of the schedule guidelines in a lighter blue. In this image, we move the Casework Finish Schedule guideline:

 

 

3.To move the guideline, click the new location.
