Render Styles are different modes for rendering still images of your layout. Both modes produce realistic-looking snapshots.
The “Auto” Style produces renderings quickly, and with consistent, uniform lighting or mood. The user doesn’t have any control over the lighting or much control over other options, but still can achieve good quality renderings quickly. Auto Render captures changes made to Floor Reflectivity, FX Finishes, Depth of Field and Field of View.
The “Photo” Styles gives a lot of control to the user, allowing them to create a wide variety of renderings, under different lighting conditions. Each light can be setup individually, or automatically. Shadows can be controlled in detail. Photo-realism is achieved by using physically-based rendering algorithms. Photo Render offers higher level of render customization.
