Enabling the Silhouette for ICE people in the Finishes Editor defaults the color to pink. Changing the Silhouette Color will not update the color.

Plan details in the ICE 2D plan view don’t display the rail outline and only paint the glass and appropriate dimensions. The Plan Details in CAD appear correctly and paint the rail outline, glass and dimensions.

The lines connecting the tag to the object it relates to appear incorrectly on some intersections when the tags are moved.

Using the Zoom to in 3D function from the ICE Review Board produces an error message asking you to open the ICE 3D window, even if it is already open.

Workaround:

Use the right-click Zoom to in 3D function from the 2D window.

Toggling ICEscapes on and off will result in inconsistent interactive token behavior. 

Workaround:

Avoid toggling ICEscapes on and off during walkthroughs and demonstrations to ensure proper animation paths and functionality for objects.

ICE 3D may experience issues running or launching, depending on your VPN software.

Workaround:

If you are experiencing issues running ICE 3D over VPN, try using a different VPN software.

The Office Chair and Training Chair (located in the Accessories/Seating folder in the ICE Product Palette) may cause performance issues in larger ICE files.

Workaround:

If you are experiencing performance issues with an ICE file that includes Office Chair(s) and/or Training Chair(s), please replace them with other chairs or contact ICE Support (info@ice-edge.com).

Images saved using a CMYK color mode cannot be opened with the Image Selector.

Workaround:

Re-save the image using a RGB color mode and re-select the image.

ICEcad does not currently support changing dimension styles through AutoCAD properties.

Workaround:

Use the AutoCAD tool bar ribbon or command line to set dimension styles in ICEcad.
