Use the filter function to select which information appears in each column.
1.Select the funnel icon on the column that you want to filter.
2.Select the information that you want to appear in a column, and click OK.
When an item is included in the column, a check mark appears in the box beside it. When an item is not filtered out (not visible), no check mark appears.
Once you apply a filter to a column, the filter icon for that column turns green.
