1.Go to DIRTT Flex Gas/Latch Valves folder in the ICE Product Palette.

2.Latch valves are organized into subfolders depending on the number of outlets. Select the appropriate subfolder (Gang 1, Gang 2, and Gang 3).

3.Select the correct latch valve type (Air, Oxygen, or Gas) and stamp it into a DIRTT wall.

4.Optional: Go to DIRTT Flex Gas/Flex Gas Components and place a slide beside the latch valve.

5.Go to the DIRTT Flex Gas/Risers folder and select a riser subfolder that matches the latch plate you added in step 4 (Air, Oxygen, or Gas).

6.Select a riser depending on your port requirements (1-6 port for air and oxygen, 1-3 port for vacuum), and stamp it into the layout.

7.If you selected a 2 gang or 3 gang latch plate in step 5, add additional risers as required.

8.Pan or zoom in on the latch plate so that you can see the pre-connected hose.

9.Click on the hose to select. With your finger still on the mouse button, drag the hose to the riser to connect.

Release the left mouse button to snap the hose to the riser.

Note: The maximum allowable length for DIRTT Flex Gas hoses is 10’.

10.If you selected a multiple port riser, repeat step 7 to connect additional latch plates.

Note: you may want to leave riser port open to allow for future expansion.

11.Repeat steps 1-8 to add additional DIRTT Flex Gas solutions to your layout (if required).

12.If you solution has DIRTT Flex Gas hoses that connect latch valves in different frames, specify Horizontal Pass-through Preps.

Note: The hose path as pictured in ICE 3D does not accurately reflect the actual hose path for DIRTT Flex Gas solutions.  It shows the intent of the hose path, communicating which outlets are connected to which risers.
